Veterinary Neurology and Imaging of the Chesapeake

Do you like a challenge?
Do you thrive in a multi-specialty practice environment with specialists in medicine, surgery, neurology, radiation oncology, cardiology, radiology and ophthalmology?
Do you have a reputation for being meticulous, patient-centric and thorough?
Do you enjoy teaching, supervising and running the show?
If you can answer yes to these questions, Veterinary Neurology & Imaging of the Chesapeake (or VNIoC) wants YOU. We are offering a signing and relocation bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates!

Our clinic, a highly specialized neurology and neurosurgery practice, is seeking a board certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our specialty practice located within Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) in Annapolis, Maryland and Towson, Maryland. CVRC is a shared facility with specialists in emergency and critical care, neurology, oncology, cardiology, surgery, internal medicine, and ophthalmology.
We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Veterinary Anesthesiologist that would supervise a team of technicians and doctors in providing anesthesia support for MRI, CT, neurosurgery cases and radiation oncology treatment. Additional job growth would be available through our associated specialists. There is no primary case management or client communication associated with this position. Instead, you serve as the bridge between exam and diagnosis through advanced imaging, communicating with other specialists or referring veterinarians as required.
Our brand new 28,000 sq ft facility in Annapolis includes a dedicated neurology wing with two state of the art surgical suites, a Sonocure, a spacious procedure room, and on-site 1.5 T MRI & 16-slice CT. Radiation Oncology service will be operational within the next year.

Our commitment is to our clients - not just the four-legged variety, but our colleagues with whom we share space and our primary care veterinarians. As a team member of VNIoC, your passion for medicine and compassion for pets (and their people) is matched with a commitment to your professional growth. A well defined work-life balance is our goal. When you’re off, you’re off. Weekend coverage would be no more than every 3 weeks. Our benefits package includes a competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and paid vacation/sick days, 401(k), pet insurance and more!
