Toronto Animal Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to lead our anesthesia service. We are a 24/7 emergency and referral hospital that runs busy neurosurgery, surgery, internal medicine, ER and critical care services, making for a robust and diverse anesthesia caseload. We are equipped with multiple modern anesthetic ventilators, comprehensive monitoring equipment, nerve stimulators and portable ultrasound machines, housed in a well-designed space with separate induction and recovery areas. Other advanced equipment in the hospital includes a 3 Tesla MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, and, endoscopy.

You will be working with a team of friendly, collaborative, competent colleagues who enjoy cooperative working relationships. Our rotating and specialty internship program provides continued opportunities for teaching and stimulus to maintain your academic edge. We have a roster of keen, friendly anesthesia-dedicated technicians eager to provide gold-standard care under your skilled guidance. We welcome your experience and ideas to collaborate with us on how to structure the department to best serve all services.

● Board Certification or board-eligibility based on successful completion of a Residency training program by the American College of Veterinary Anesthesiology and Analgesia (ACVAA) or the European College of Veterinary Anesthesiology and Analgesia (ECVAA)
