Toronto Animal Health Partners Emergency and Specialty Hospital (AHP) is seeking applications for a second board-certified small animal anesthesiologist to join our growing practice. The successful applicant will join a team of veterinary specialists offering services in 24/7 emergency medicine, critical care, anesthesia, oncology, diagnostic imaging, neurology, cardiology, internal medicine, and surgery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership skills, and works well in a team environment. Applicants must have a DVM or equivalent degree and must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the Province of Ontario. Preference will be given to Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Anesthesiology and Analgesia or European College of Veterinary Anesthesiologists.
Applications may also be considered from candidates who are eligible for the certification examination of the ACVAA or ECVAA if they have strong research experience.
AHP’s mandate is to increase the quality of care for companion animals through knowledge transfer between human and veterinary clinicians, together creating leading patient care outcomes. We have adopted a team-based approach, offering compassionate treatment, novel protocols, and therapeutics.
