AnimalScan is a MRI center for companion animals providing veterinary imaging. Our MRI center is located at Redwood City, CA. We are looking for a Managing Veterinarian/Anesthesiologist to work full time/part time/locum as part of our team in this location. We are also looking for an anesthesiologist at our MRI center in Raleigh NC. This position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of animal health care duties and understanding all of the aspects of administering, monitoring, and recovery of anesthesia. The ability to work with and learn electronic medical records, radiology information systems and other skills related to the position is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work as part of a team are desired. The ability to work and interact with referring DVMs and clients in a professional and patient manner with appropriate confidence and discretion is also required. We offer an excellent salary and benefit package, including paid holidays and vacation time. Salary is commensurate with experience, including a signing bonus.
