Small Animal Veterinary Anaesthetist
We are seeking a Veterinary Anaesthetist to join our team at Northwest Veterinary Specialists, a leading, referral only, specialist small animal hospital in Cheshire. The successful candidate will join our team of four ECVAA and one DVA Anaesthetists who run the anaesthesia service, along with our specialised veterinary nurses and assist with emergency and critical care.
If you are a Diplomate, are residency trained, or hold similar small animal anaesthesia qualifications or experience, then we would love to hear from you.
Full or part time hours are available, as are job share and flexible working options if required.

Our specialities cover anaesthesia, neurology and neurosurgery, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, oncology, internal medicine, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging (including on site MRI and CT); and we work closely with other referral centres in our group to facilitate clinical research and access to shared expertise.
Participation in an out of hours rota is required whilst providing continuing education to referring practitioners, interns and nurses is actively encouraged.
