Register For the ACVAA Member Directory

Get access to the ACVAA Diplomate Portal or Resident Portal, and list yourself on the ACVAA member directory. Once approved, you’ll have access to member-only resources and information.

    Please avoid ALL CAPS and all lower case except where appropriate.
  • (e.g., Ph.D., MBA, MS, etc.)

  • Where are you located?

  • Please use standard postal abbreviations for words such as street (St), road (Rd), avenue (Ave), etc.
  • Please use the 2 letter state or province ABBREVIATION when possible.

  • How can you be contacted?

  • For North American numbers please use the format XXX-XXX-XXXX and NOT (XXX) XXX-XXXX when possible.
    "Make available to everyone" will only show your information if "Display Your Information" is set to Yes.
    "Make available to everyone" will only show your information if "Display your Information in Public Member Directory is set to Yes.
    "Make available to everyone" will only show your information if "Display Your Information in Public Member Directory" is set to Yes.
